If you bought one of our products or made an in-app purchase and never received the end product or it was not working as intended, you are free to contact Braven Bit Games’ official e-mail for support.
Our team will then analyze your issue and contact you as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve all the problems you have experienced with your purchase.
After making a purchase, the Google Play Store will give you 48 hours to request a refund if you will. After that, the only way to receive a refund is to contact us, and it is up to Braven Bit Games whether we accept said request or not.
You should remember, before making a request, that we will only accept refund requests if the end product you purchased did not become available to you or if it is not working as intended.
